Gennifer is absolutely the best pet sitter you could ask for. She cares for your dogs like they were her own. Actually her motto is 'Where pets are family'. She spends quality time with them and is very conscientious about their safety and whatever they might need at any given time. My little fur baby absolutely adores her. I trust her implicitly.

I left for 2 wks for vacation on the east coast back in July and needed someone to take my geriatric sweet pug for the 2 wks. Gus fit in wonderfully with her pack. We did a meet and greet first to make sure the dogs were compatible, And it was a success. Gen sent daily videos of Gus and updates on how he's been doing! I was so nervous and scared to leave him that long. Gen really helped my fears with all the updates. He almost didn't want to go home with me when I picked him up! Her prices were comparable to Kennel boarding places but I really loved she is KENNEL FREE!!! my dog was not cooped up in a cage all day he had free range of the areas they were allowed in. Plus she have is a hand written thank
You card and a bunch of his favorite treats. I'll def be using her again!!!!

Gen did an amazing job with our boy Kilo! We definitely will be using her services again. We felt so safe using her at home service and reassured with all of the pictures and videos we got of our golden retriever while we were away!

So glad to find Gen B's Happy Paws! She treated my older pup like royalty and gave her the best groom she's had in years. Definitely recommend!!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We had such a wonderful experience using Gennifer’s pet sitting services. From the first meet & greet, all the way to the day of pick up, she was warm, loving, accommodating, professional & knowledgeable. We got daily updates, pictures & videos. It brought such peace of mind for us knowing our furbabies would be loved & cared for while we were gone.

Gen took care of our French Bulldog while we were on vacation. She came very highly recommended by a trusted friend. We couldn't be happier with how she lovingly cared for our cherished pup. Gen kept us up-to-date and sent videos and photos every day. We wouldn't even think about taking him anywhere else. As everyone knows, it's virtually impossible to find someone you can trust with your pet at a reasonable price, and when you do, it's a true blessing. Gen will be our go-to every time!

Gennifer has been my dog walker for about four or five months now and my dog is happy and so am I. She is a great help with me when I’m alone and Molly comes plays and she’s very happy after her walks. I recommend Gennifer to anyone who has a dog that needs to be walked. She’s very conscientious and my dog is very aggressive and she is more than able to handle Molly when she has a problem with her. She also does pop in visit which are great when I have to leave Molly alone for any period of time. Gen B’s Happy Paws has been very helpful for all of Molly’s pet care needs.

We are very happy with the service Gen provided. This is the first time we used a pet sitter and were a little nervous at first. Gen made the process very easy and really listens to you and your dogs needs. You can tell she really loves her job and your pet. By providing daily vidieos, photos and text messages she made us feel at ease knowing our dog was in good hands and happy at home while we were on vacation. She gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend using her and will do so next time we are out of town and are unable to take our dog with us. We also were happy she was able to water our patio plants which was an added bonus.

This was the first time leaving our 12 year old Shorkie who we thought was unfriendly to other dogs. Gen treated Stella as her own and even let her sleep on the bed with her at night. She also introduced her carefully to her own dogs …. low and behold Stella loved them , she played with them and slept next to them. She loved being included in the pack. I cannot explain how happy I was to see this and to know she was happy and having fun while I was across the country. She even pouted a bit when we brought her home without her new buddies. I am so grateful to have found Gennifer and I would hands down recommend her to anyone. 💕🐶

After first meeting Gennifer, I knew she was perfect because she came more well prepared for our meet and greet than I was. She asked questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of. She’s extremely thorough, so I knew she was going to take the best care of them (specifically the way we would want). Gennifer is even careful enough to ask how we normally feed/do things, so she kept things as familiar/routine as possible.

Every visit, I had constant contact with Gennifer along with video updates, photos and updates on their appetite, mood, etc.! When it got colder, she even started putting Pinto’s jacket on for the nights. It was sad knowing they were alone during the long days/nights, but I knew they were so well loved, played with, and cared for every time she visited. I HIGHLY recommend Gennifer for all your pet services! We will be using her, exclusively from now on!!

This was the first time I’ve ever left my Gizmo pup alone and I was definitely worried about him. Gennifer helped ease my worry by updating me about each visit and also sending me pictures and videos of my pup. Gizmo is pretty timid and shy; he tried hiding from her the first time she came over but Gen was really loving and patient with him and he ended up warming up to her. She even took him on his morning walks, which he loves. I’m extremely thankful for Gen!

This was my first time leaving my fur baby Fido at Gens at-home boarding and the best ever! Gen gives your all info and takes in all

the details of the pup leaving nothing missed. Fido had a great meet & greet with his fella shih tzu clan. I got pictures, videos and updates everyday which showed how relaxed & fun times he had with Gen & his new friends.

Fido can’t wait to go back.

Gen is fantastic at communicating with me while I am away. Gen sends me video updates at each visit. My kitties , Chuck Norris and Jazz Master always look very pleased with the attention Gen gives them while caring for them 🐈‍⬛🐈

So happy we found Gen! My wife and I took a 3 week trip out of the country in July, and for us finding someone who would care for Patches the way we do was the most important part of planning the trip. Not only has he never spent a night without us, we both work from home so he’s rarely even without at least one of us and is very attached, so needless to say we felt bad and were worried about the potential negative effects being gone for so long might have on him. I tend to do a lot of research before doing anything and this was no different, so after eliminating numerous other sitters and boarding facilities we chose Gen. She’s licensed, insured, first aid and CPR trained, continually educating herself, provides a clean and safe environment, follows your care instructions, and even has 2 qualified backup sitters in case of an emergency if something were to happen to her while she was caring for your pet. You can tell she loves what she does and she runs her business like a business, not just some side hustle. Patches loved her and her 3 dogs, and had tons of fun playing with them and all the other new friends he met which we got see in the daily videos and pictures she would send which made us feel better, and he also loved the homemade dog ice cream she made as a special summer treat!

Gen is an exceptional dog sitter who truly goes above and beyond for my two senior chihuahuas. She treats them as if they were her own, showering them with love and attention during their stays. I always feel at ease knowing they are in her care. Gen's communication is excellent—she keeps me updated with adorable photos and messages. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive dog sitter!

Gennifer does such a wonderful job grooming my Shih Tzu. My dog looks so cute and Gennifer makes us all feel so comfortable. She is awesome with communication the entire grooming session, is on time, efficient, pays close attention to detail, very knowledgeable, is kind and affordable! Wil not leave our furbaby with anyone else.. she really cares for them and gives you updates and videos on how your pet is doing. Her "crew" is gentle with my baby and gives him the social interaction he needs!

An absolute 10/10! We had a last minute scheduling conflict that meant all of our go-to family and friends were unavailable to watch our little man and we were worried about boarding him with a large company that watches dozens of dogs at one time as he gets easily overwhelmed. Gen not only was able to watch him in a small and intimate setting but was also able to work with us in quickly scheduling a meet & greet to ensure that it would even work out for both parties in the first place. During our pup's stay, she was extremely communicative and sent many pictures and videos of him and kept us up to date with how he was doing which helped ease any worries. She even reached out a few days later to make sure he was still doing okay which was above and beyond. I feel so safe and comfortable having Gen watch the most import member of our family and will have her as our #1 option moving forward!
